Having previously worked with JB Robbie Builders to build their year-round home on the South Shore, this family sought the JB Robbie team once again when it came time to build their Cape Cod summer house on the water
This authentic shingle-style house incorporated many turn-of-the-century features
This scenic lot is a perfect place to watch the constant boat traffic which passes by on the water. The site permitted the construction of a home generous enough to entertain their many frequent friends and family visiting throughout the summer months.
We have worked with JB Robbie Builders on two separate homebuilding projects. We can't say enough about their passion for quality and focus on maintaining a strict adherence to budgets.
