Cape Cod Gambrel
The couple wanted a home that would suit their needs as they grew older and still be able to accommodate visits from their grown children. They chose a gambrel style home in order to be in-keeping with the existing antique gambrel and Cape style homes in the coastal neighborhood.
The interior is filled with custom woodwork and paneling typically seen in old Cape Cod homes.
The accompanying guest house accommodates grown children who return to visit, while also serving as a pool house and additional entertainment space
